Norfolk, Va (May 8, 2013)  Navy Cyber Forces (NCF) hosted Fleet Master Chief Charles A. Clarke, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, today for a full day of briefs and tours.  In addition to NCF, Clarke toured the work areas of Naval Network Warfare Command, Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command and Navy Information Operations Command.  Among the briefings, Clarke was updated on Fleet Electronic Warfare Center/Electronic Warfare and Fleet Intelligence Detachment/Fleet Intelligence Adaptive Force.  Clarke ended his day with an enlisted All-Hands Call.  With approximately 100 Sailors in attendance, Clarke took questions and gave responses on topics ranging from Tuition Assistance, 9/11 GI Bill, Child Development Care Services and retention and detailing.  He made a point of addressing sexual harassment that has been prevalent in the media today, stressing everyone needs to be treated with
